Chicago Premium Windows was founded to give homeowners a more direct, professional window-buying and installation experience.
Before founding Chicago Premium Windows, owner Mykhailo Fuksa spent approximately five years working hands-on in construction and window installation — much of it as a subcontractor on residential projects throughout the Chicago area.
That field experience shaped how we run the company: we help homeowners choose the right windows, source them through established dealers and suppliers, and install everything professionally — without the extra layers that come with a traditional retail window sales model.
We're a full-service window company. We handle projects from simple single-window installations to complete turnkey replacements — measurement, product selection, sourcing coordination, removal, installation, finishing, and cleanup — with one clear point of contact throughout.
